All orders are shipped on approved credit from our factors. Standard credit terms are 30 days F.O.B. origin to those customers who meet the credit requirements of our factors. No anticipation is allowed. Processing of credit applications can take up to several days. We accept cash or cashier’s check, Visa/Master Card and American Express. PRICES, QUANTITIES, STYLES AND COLORS
All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Optima Cotton Wear reserves the right to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes, or fabrics without notice. Prices and specs are subject to change at any time without notice.
ORDER PLACING AND SHIPPING
Most in-stock credit approved orders for standard delivery, placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped same day. Credit approval delays may prevent same day shipment. All additions to any order already placed will be considered a “new order” and written as a new purchase order. For your protection, we only accept written orders and reserve the right to not process incomplete orders. Partial shipments may be made, unless requested otherwise. Optima Cotton Wear will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damaged during shipment. All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. origin. Optima will ship merchandise specified by the customer. Customer Pick Up service is available from: 9:00AM-4:30PM (PST) Monday-Friday. Orders not picked up within 3 days of notification that order is complete will be restocked with a 15% restocking fee due by the customer.
Printed washed, re-labeled or decorated merchandise is non-returnable. Please inspect all merchandise before printing or decorating. Only merchandise that has not been altered, dyed, processed in any way, can be considered for return. Samples and discontinued styles are not returnable. All claims must be made within 5 working days from receipt of merchandise. A proper return authorization from Optima Cotton Wear is required before any returned merchandise will be accepted. All return request must reference invoice number prior to approval. Unauthorized returns will not be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 15%restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders, including
will call orders. There is a minimum $10.00 restocking fee.
CLAIMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations are subject to Optima Cotton Wear, Inc. approval. Cancellations will not be accepted for work in process on custom orders (private label). These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Optima.
Private Label programs are available. Programs are quoted based on customer’s requirements. Customer supplies all labels and trims. Re-label orders are available. Please call for price quote, minimums and lead times.
PRINTING ON 50/50 POLY/COTTON FABRIC
We recommend to use low bleed inks to print on 50/50 Poly/Cotton fabrics. Please run test run to insure NO migration.
